Got new shoes today! There a lighter training shoe that I think I'll start using for workouts more and maybe a few races. Around mid-day I went up to Green Canyon and did 2 1000s, one uphill another down and 4 400s, all at R-Pace. I was running fastest towards the end of the workout, which I think I just needed to warm up more. Later went on a 4 to break in the new shoes. |
